Event Details:
We're celebrating Double Peak K8 School with a fundraising Gala and Online Auction which will be held at the beautiful CSUSM ballroom on Saturday, January 27th, 2018. Please join us for an elegant and fun evening that will include appetizers, cocktail hour, buffet dinner, music, dancing, casino games and an online auction with mobile bidding. Principal Steve Baum and Assistant Principals Katie Buffum and Kylie Lewis will be present as well as many teachers, school administrators, parents, grandparents, and community members.

The online auction is open. Anyone can bid! Tickets to the Gala are not required. Just click on the "Register to Bid" button below.

There is something for everyone on the auction! You will receive a text or email when you are outbid.
**Please pick up your purchased auction item(s) on the night of the Gala. If you are not attending the Gala, please pick up your item(s) at Double Peak School. The designated times for pick up are Monday, January 29th or Friday, February 2nd from 12:30-3:00. Email us at doublepeakptofundraising@gmail.com for other pick up arrangements.

By attending the Gala or bidding on auction items, you can help Double Peak PTO provide funding for art, athletics, Leader In Me program, the Innovation/Engineering program, a Makerspace lab for design thinking, as well as other enrichment programs. These programs make Double Peak K8 School unique and they are vital to the Double Peak curriculum. Gather your friends and celebrate excellence in education at Double Peak K8 School!
Your attendance and support of this event will make a difference in our community and in the lives of over 1150 students.
Gala Evening Schedule:
6-7 Cocktail hour: One drink ticket & appetizers provided, cash bar for additional beverages
6:30 Casino Opens: Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Casino War
7-8:30 Buffet Dinner
8:30 Casino Closes and Auction Closings Begin, staggered every 15 minutes
8:45 Dessert Dash- Get your cash donations ready!!! Each table combines their cash to win the 1st pick at the delectable & scrumptious dessert bar!
9:15 Toast by Principal Steve Baum and Assistant Principal Katie Buffum including DPS Innovation video presentation
10:00 Gala Ends
